The Senior Program Engineer (SPE) is accountable for providing technical oversight and coordination of all engineering activities within their discipline and assigned projects. This role involves guiding the development of system architectures, integration of design elements, and the implementation of project-specific technical strategies. The SPE will oversee and support cross-functional teams, potentially comprising internal staff and external engineering resources, to ensure the successful technical execution of the project. Acting as the primary technical liaison, they will facilitate communication among various departments, including systems engineering, design engineering, project management, field installation teams, suppliers, and clients. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
