As a Sr. Program Manager on Alexa Audio, you are responsible for defining and delivering important programs aimed at enabling the audio experience for our partners with broad cross-organizational, cross-regional, and significant business impact. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with key partners and conceptualizing, scoping, and delivering large projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include managing partner interactions, holding meetings with C-suite executives, developing forward looking strategic road maps, understanding/translating customer needs into business and systems requirements, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the pre/post production launch. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market needs, all while clearly communicating goals, risks, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and external teams. You frequently work with senior leadership within Amazon and our key external partners, so written and verbal skills are important.

Key job responsibilities
-Take ownership of business problems, identify and execute possible short and long-term solutions.
-Work cross-functionally with business development, product, engineering, marketing, insights and analytics, legal, advertising and PR to deliver programs effectively.
-Develope mechanisms, processes, and measurement of partner and org performance.
-Identify global stakeholder needs and implement prioritization frameworks.
-Contribute to the definition of our partner program strategy and execution.
-Partner with customers, internal teams, external stakeholders, and various other Amazon groups to define the roadmap and associated priority.
