Role Summary As a Sr Program Manager, Procurement specializing in cost management, you will support our purchasing teams in our vehicle and company financial objectives. Your role will include day to day support of our teams in development, management, and reporting of cost savings pipelines, along with the ownership of our cost management long term strategy development. You will interact with Systems, Analytics, Engineering and Purchasing teams to not only manage our existing cost reporting systems, but also provide a roadmap for new solutions to allow greater visibility and ownership of costs, while capturing critical user feedback for additional solutions. Responsibilities Meet with Procurement teams to review current savings projects, confirm data accuracy, and support development of new savings ideas. Support in the preparation of weekly leadership reporting, including weekly send outs, deep dive slide decks, and other ad-hoc reports. Define and execute the system enhancement roadmap for current cost reporting tools. Support in the development of dashboards to support end users in KPI performance management, project management, and executive reporting. Manage the execution of core process enhancements across the direct purchasing team to improve how we view, measure, and manage costs. This includes Analytics, System Enhancements, Training and Process Documentation. Support in the compilation of various analytics to support working teams and leadership in target setting, reporting, and more. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required preferably Business, Supply Chain or Engineering related field. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields required Strong background in analytics and management of system improvements preferred. Experience working in automotive industry and or relevant manufacturing environments preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent problem solving and solutioning skills, including bringing diverse stakeholders together to drive for cross functional alignment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Experience working within a manufacturing environment is a bonus. 1st shift working hours (8am-5pm) Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $89,900 - $133,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
