Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager will lead initiatives to enhance sales system efficiency, tools, and processes, collaborating across sales teams, IT, and other business functions to drive productivity and performance. This role will work closely with sales and enablement teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that streamline the sales process. Success will be measured by the impact of these solutions and the strength of cross-functional collaboration.

This position will be remote/hybrid in the Atlanta market.

Role Description

Sales Process Efficiency: Consultative review all of sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, enhance sales productivity and customer satisfaction. Tools & Technology Management: Collaborate with IT, Sales teams, business excellence, and other partners to streamline the application ecosystem. Assess the commercial impact of major system changes, define necessary actions, and develop an implementation plan. Performance Analysis & Insights: Leverage data to assess tool/process effectiveness and recommend actionable improvements. Change Management & Adoption: Partner with internal teams to develop and execute change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes. AI & Performance Monitoring: Leverage AI-driven coaching tools and performance monitoring platforms to enhance sales effectiveness. Collaborate with senior leaders to align priorities and execution strategies.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in sales, program management, or process improvement. 3+ years of experience implementing workflows and processes to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM systems 3+ years’ experience solving operational challenges in sales environments. 3+ years working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma). 3+ years strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (PMP, MSP preferred).

The pay range for this position is $126,980 - $217,680 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
