Job Summary:
The Sr. Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives and projects that support our retention and growth strategies within Global Retention Programs team. This role requires a blend of cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, data analysis, and strategic thinking to address critical business challenges. The successful candidate will lead projects with varying life cycles, develop high-impact content for CXO meetings, and influence cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Projects Design and Execution:Own initiatives and projects with life cycles ranging from 48 hours to 1 year, managing a mix of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.Lead actions through cross-functional influencing skills on the largest renewals across the organization, implementing programs that support our retention and growth strategy.Develop high-leverage content for CXO meetings and innovate on process and execution.Generate Insights for GRP team and the rest of the Business:Gather input, collect data, and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve critical business problems.Formulate recommendations to help retain and grow our client base, providing action-driven insights.Regularly contribute actionable ideas and lead presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with leaders in sales, service, product, and research teams on renewal risk mitigation.Improve GRP Leads Experience:Provide coaching and feedback – via GRP Leads - to Sales and Service Delivery (SDA) teams on service and retention best practices to improve accounts or teams’ performance.Recommend actions based on insights from retention analysis to improve retention and growth through GRP Leads execution.Work on change management initiatives to ensure adoption of tools and processes.Executing Standard Reporting Cadence and Procedures:Build and maintain strong relationships with client value managers, account teams, and the Strategy and Service/Sales Operations Team to develop strong business cases for renewal and growth of large deals.Own actions, measure progress, and lead initiatives and complex projects to completion.Ensure that reporting procedures align with strategic goals and provide valuable insights for decision-making.Professional Experience & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems as a business analyst, consultant at a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking associate, or strategy analyst for a leading company.Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to develop clear direction and strategy.Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of using interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally, manage resources across different organizations, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.Influence and Leadership: Ability to influence leaders to drive business initiatives and outcomes.Communication Skills: Ability to synthesize complex problems into simple, concise statements/core messages, and present/communicate to key stakeholders and clients.Project Management: Outstanding project management skills involving internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.Forward Thinking: Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to client retention.Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Experience with data manipulation and querying tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is preferred.Critical Traits: Growth mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to continuous improvement.Who are we?

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
