About the Role
As a TRSS Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex contracts, providing the holistic “customer experience,” and ensuring high-quality delivery of new and existing contracts in the Department of Defense territory.
As the Senior Program Manager, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
Support Law Enforcement and Civilian clients working to advance national security.Management and oversight of day-to-day customer needs and interactions (i.e., client kickoff, regular status meetings, trainings).Supporting diverse teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance.Providing input to executive level reports delivered to the clients.Facilitating discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.Organize and coordinate program objectives.Serve as the integrator for the client and the TRSS corporate team by fully understanding the client’s mission and how to leverage TRSS solutions to support their objectives most effectively. Leads important projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity.Ensures complex deals get implemented successfully.Serves as extension of Sales, Analysis, and Product/Tech team on the ground; has a strategic view of customer challenges and regularly identifies opportunities to funnel back to the Territory Lead/Business Development Directors, Analysis, and Product teams.Understands Finance, Legal, Contracting, and Security requirements, and knows when and how to communicate effectively in order to optimally manage processes.Works across the business to prepare quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for select projects, capturing major success stories, customer challenges, and future opportunities.Ensure key metrics are tracked such as delivery and retention.Follows the direction of the Territory Lead in prioritizing efforts. Collaborates closely with the Technical Managers and Analysis teams to problem-solve optimal solutions.About You

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.7+ years of experience working in program management.Experience with managing projectsAbility to adjust to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly.Strong familiarity with the broad suite of Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology preferred.Ability to translate client intelligence requirements and needs into program management outcomes.Works well with teams and driving disparate groups toward common client goals.Ability to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong business acumen, superior organizational skills and the ability to follow through.Excellent writing and presentation skills.Ability to travel to sales training, meetings, and to customer locations.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security ClearanceU.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements#LI-SW1

The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $200,200 - $371,800. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
