Job Description
The Enterprise Project Management Office, partner with the Channel teams to deliver the Commercial Growth Tracker portfolio. This role will be key to helping Delta Faucet achieve stretch goals for Net Sales Revenue. This role will work with team members from across the enterprise assigned to manage each project in the portfolio. Supporting them through communication, process management, resource tracking, status tracking, and updates to the portfolio. Additionally, the role will coordinate system changes required for support or enhancement with the Smartsheet and Power BI teams.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Program Manager role will be responsible for the following.
Manage one to two projects from Delta Faucet Company’s portfolio of Strategic Initiatives.Partner with business stakeholders and human resources to develop project organizations that can successfully deliver the project and mitigate risks.Work with project teams to develop a program level schedule that tracks milestones, key deliverables, interdependencies, and overall project schedule performance integrating their individual workstream plans.Proactively manage and report on program level risks and issues.Partner with swim lane owners to identify and resolve resource constraints across all swim lanes.Partner with business stakeholders and the change management lead to identify all necessary steps to ensure adoption of new information, capabilities, and deliverables created by the project across all stakeholder groups.Provide weekly status reporting to stakeholders regarding overall project performance including but not limited to accomplishments, milestones, risks, issues, key dependencies, key performance indicators, and critical decisions/actions.Partner with business stakeholder to prepare and give monthly project updates to the executive team.Partner with business stakeholders to ensure governance is defined and applied to the project that will facilitate issue escalation, alignment on vision and approach, and decision making in a timely and efficient manner.As required, facilitate group discussions or Kaizen events to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our approach or to identify solutions to issues blocking the project.Partner with swim-lane leads to ensure compliance and quality activities (eg. Sarbanes Oxley, Quality Testing, Change Management, etc) are accounted for in their swim-lanes and being delivered as required by the overall project.Lead and deliver an internal workstream related to the execution of our PMO roadmap in one of these areas: Community of Practice, Learning & Development, Project Data & Systems, Career Pathing, Continuous Improvement (process, templates, and tools), or Change Management.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred Minimum five years of project management experience Experience leading cross-functional projects at an enterprise level Experience with a portfolio of work including coordinating with multiple project leads to deliver the portfolio Experience developing cross-functional project plans in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or similar Experience in retail or manufacturing a preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and other project management scheduling tools Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Company: Delta Faucet CompanyFull timeHiring Range: $101,100.00 - $158,950.00Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Delta Faucet Company (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we want to have the best available persons in every job.
