Sr. Program Manager
Description Work hard, have fun, and make history at Amazon Fresh! We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our Store Operations team. Key responsibilities will involve owning the Rhythm of the Business (RoB), project tracking and prioritization, and special projects. You will communicate across a wide range of stakeholder teams and lead key business review documents. Key job responsibilities * Establish and own business review documents, including WBR and MBRs. Work with leadership to provide bridging information and business recommendations. * Manage creation and submission of sections for OP1, QBR, Goals, and other planning documents. Review strategic documents for presentation to Executive-level leadership. * Design, implement, and audit organizational operating mechanisms * Leverage project management tools to hold stakeholders accountable for following through on action plans and achieving goals. * Manage team reporting tools to track progress against regional commitments, as well as VP and SVP-level goals. Navigate complex data and processes to provide business recommendations to course-correct. * Lead cross-team projects that require a single-threaded owner on an ad-hoc basis, such as strategic deep dives. * Steward the annual planning process, forums and commitment establishment. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
