Sr. Program Manager
Job Description Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized Sr. Program Manager to join their Pole Services group. This person will be co-leading the planning, change, escalation and expansion of two major operational programs that revolve around streetlight conversion and pole transfers. This organization is needing someone at a high level to plan for the future, coordinate the overhaul, design and launch, focus on change management, and report on the progress made on a weekly basis. This person will be working on both programs while collaborating and presenting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to get both their programs to a future state. This person will be managing and leading the communication between upper leadership, vendors, and crews, while outlining the risks, roadblocks and opportunities to those involved. This person will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery while staying within budgets of the multi-year rate plan.
