This position is part of the Program Management department located in Fargo, ND and will be on site. You will be a part of the Program Management department and report to the Senior Director, Project and Program Management responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships with select key clients by ensuring continued successful program execution through world class service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Serve as the lead for internal project teams to drive communication and alignment at all levels of the Aldevron and Client organizations + Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Client’s pipeline of existing and incoming programs, working with the Commercial Account Manager to set and execute an account strategy that drives a world class client experience and partnership growth + Oversee all programs and projects within established complex accounts to drive successful planning, execution, release, and closure + Establish and maintain partnership governance including defining project and program KPIs to measure success + Lead continuous improvement efforts to exceed partnership KPIs and drive account-specific, Program Management, and organization growth The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor's degree in scientific field required (e.g. molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry). Advanced degree in scientific field strongly preferred. + Prefer 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager within the life sciences, with preference for 3+ years in a CDMO environment + Experience managing projects and contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device related field required + Experience across raw material, drug substance, and drug product manufacturing + Previous people leadership experience This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
