**Qualifications:** + B.A. in a related field or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + 8+ years of work experience in program management, management consulting and business or strategic operations + Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience, conducting analyses, identifying insights, and communicating results to inform key business decisions + Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations and achieving resultsProven skills in data analysis, project management, relationship management, and change management + Have excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with people in both executive management and technical roles as well as customer personnel, as required. + Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. + Experience working collaboratively across departments to identify requirements and dependencies. + Be self-motivated.
