**What you'll be doing**
As a Sr. Project Control Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the Business Banking Technology team on various activities such as project management, reporting and project financial oversight.
_At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote_
**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Tracking and Reporting** – Ability to track and represent data by creating reports for the desired audience using various tools. Have the ability to review and analyze data and trends as well as interpret information.
+ **Project Financials** – Track and reconcile financials ensuring resolution of anomalies, update and reconcile latest estimates ensuring actuals to plan, make recommendations and escalating as appropriate.
+ **Relationship building** **–** Support the team and business partners by working collaboratively and building a good relationship
**Who you are**
+ **You have demonstrated experience in** program coordination including tracking program financials, monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets and well as an ability to execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost. **It's an asset if** you have a PMP or working towards a PMP or other PM certifications
+ **You're adept at collaboration** **and reporting.** You help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services and work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. **It's an asset if** you are proficient with MS PowerPoint or MS Projects
