Overview Our team is growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Applications. In this role, you will collaborate with key infrastructure stakeholders and business partners in defining project scope, interpreting requirements and priorities and for the modernization and transformation of these systems. The projects you’ll lead will be a mix of Infrastructure and Applications related. Ideally you’re highly skilled in communicating with technical teams, business stakeholders and C-Suite Executives and have a well-rounded understanding of the various components of an enterprise IT environment. This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C. It is a fully remote role that will need to be based in the U.S. You must meet our U.S. Eligibility requirements for work authorization as noted under "Additional Information" at the bottom of the job description. How you'll make an impact Drive project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision. Analyze divisional business requirements and translate these into technical deliverables organized as Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope). Develop expert 'As Is' knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows. (e.g. Must understand before Planning) Understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to the business; quantitative and qualitative analysis. Present both strategic and tactical vision to the team and management for both big-picture planning and day-to-day management of project goal. Align and unify all stakeholders to a shared vision and a common focus including senior leadership. Analyze and communicate technology recommendations to business stakeholders Create & maintain Project Plans and schedules. Ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables of large projects. Manage project budgets and financials, including resource allocations supporting a project’s schedule. Provide a concise and summarized project status (One Pager: RAG, RAID, KPI, Assessment, Next Steps,...) Define and provide KPI’s and metrics for projects assigned. Interact closely with stakeholders and vendors, as well as providing communications to Executive Management. Operationally troubleshoot complex issues. Proactively ensure compliance (processes, standards, methodology) with expected quality. Responsible for project related organizational change management including communications, training and adoption. General understanding of infrastructure requirements to deploy solutions for Storage, Middleware, DB, Voice specifics (call/contact centers), and Network (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, WAF). Definition, implementation and adoption of processes. About You Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of IT experience in Project/Program Management PMP and/or SCM preferred Experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex and cross functional projects. Emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments Experience producing detailed project plans and resource requirements. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing interacting with C-level audiences, as well as technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories, use case development and work-flow documentation. Product and project management skills; business judgment, including ability to balance resources, evaluate and address risks, and concisely articulate where trade-off decisions are to be made. Strong orientation to user-base, including ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements, online user experience, and communication content (internal and external). High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, One Note, Teams Understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, M365 and Clouds Apps. Strong leadership to establish partnerships to break organizational gaps. Ability to make decisions with minimum input required Ability to influence others without a direct line of reporting.
