Our client requires a project manager to ensure streamlining processes and improving efficiencies in health systems across Manitoba, plus integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services for centralized administrative and business functions. Responsibilities include driving strategic and sustainable outcomes, enabling the work of partner service delivery organizations, and providing centralized project functions.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.
Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)
Mandatory Requirements Valid Prince2 Project Management certification. Master of Business Administration (MBA). Master of Science degree in Integrated Management Systems. 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager including scope management, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies and issues in delivering a combination of technology, business and process change, in a complex sector such as healthcare, financial services or other public sectors. 5 years’ experience implementing large transformational projects including organizational and service redesign projects. 5 years’ experience developing transition roadmaps including documented processes, roles and responsibilities, templates and tools, knowledge transfer and issue management. 5 years’ experience providing program or project leadership of large business transformation activities that includes co-planning and program/project management with diverse stakeholder groups and working with executive leaders. Experience should include planning, facilitating and actioning multi-disciplinary teams to move project work forward, oversight of project managers/team leaders, organizational change management, risk management, and reporting to executive sponsors. 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager implementing electronic medical reporting software systems, applications and infrastructure delivery. 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager working on projects in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Experience should include relationship building, understanding cultural safety, and leadership that is flexible and adaptable.Job Posting ID: 56037
