For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation. + Develop and drive project plans and milestones. + Establish and maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders. + Provide day-to-day direction to project resources. + Ensure effective change management throughout the project. + Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets. + Serve as a liaison between Charter/Spectrum and Deloitte. **Experience Requirements:** + 10+ years of experience in project management + Experience in federal procurement and oversight + Ability to manage risk and track project progress effectively **Key Technical Skills:** + Project Management + Federal Procurement and Oversight + Risk Management and Tracking + MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word **Soft Skills:** + Excellent oral and written communication + Strong leadership and ownership + Interpersonal and negotiation skills + Problem-solving and decision-making + Teamwork and collaboration **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field + PMP Certification preferred _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
