Terros Health is hiring for a Sr Project Manager to join our administration team at our Central Phoenix location. 

Full-time, Monday-Friday

Location: Central/ North of Thomas

Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Preferred

Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, program development and implementation

Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred

Healthcare Experience Preferred 

 

The Sr Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.  This position guides teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more departments.  It also manages resources, schedules, financials that adhere to quality control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

 

Additional duties include: 

Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Provide project management and leadership to drive key organization initiatives to enculturation. Collaborate with executive leadership, to collect and synthesize ideas. Incorporate ideas and create tools and techniques which will bring about desired outcomes for programs and departments that will be implementing a range of projects Serve as a key point of contact for project management to internal constituents and responds to requests for information throughout the organization. Transcribe information which has been compiled from previous projects, to be utilized as a resource in the development of internal protocols, templates, and policies. Ascertain and examine which data might be useful for future endeavors. Apply EEF (Enterprise Environmental Factors) and OPA (Organization Process Assets) for future projects, i.e. lessons learned, protocols, policies and progress, essential roles Liaise with internal departments, to evaluate which resources are necessary to execute identified goals and plans. Act as the liaison between teams to assist them in securing essential resources which may be required. Identify any challenges and present solutions or entities to assist in securing resources and track accordingly.

Lead the planning, implementation, and sustainability of projects.

Planning - Shall include aligning key contributors, building rapport and establishing relationships with sponsors. In addition to determining the scope of the project, any risks, strategies to mitigate risks if they occur.

Implementation – Encompasses relationship building, tracking progress, communication, and function as the focal point for communication between internal/external stakeholders.

Sustainability – Analyzing data for the project and ensure that there is a return on investment, record lessons learned, best practices and adjust documents for future projects, with an overall goal of cost management. Partner with key clinical and administrative leadership to develop systems and practices which support evidence based, client-centered outcome focused care Drive engagement and outreach initiatives with partners and internal team. Encompasses all projects, pending, future. Communication with all external stakeholders and contacts, building rapport. Creating a plan for internal staff to execute certain elements of the plan Contribute and coordinate required information/data in grant program platforms, and prepare required data for data entry and reporting platform for grantees Prepare status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership when required Facilitate meetings and trainings with internal and external stakeholders in addition to attending meetings and events in the community
