Sr. Project Manager - Real Estate

We’re seeking a Project Manager - Real Estate to play a pivotal role in shaping the physical environments that support our mission.

 

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic enterprise facilities and construction projects across all Vitalant and business units. From feasibility assessments to design, renovations, and stakeholder collaboration, you’ll ensure our spaces meet the needs of today and the possibilities of tomorrow. By effectively managing costs, schedules, and resources, you’ll drive the successful completion of projects that help advance Vitalant’s life-saving work.

 

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location for position will be hybrid (3 days in-office) if living within 35 miles of a Vitalant facility; otherwise, this position will be remote.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K + 5% company match Tuition assistance up to $5k per year Free basic life and AD&D insurance Free short-and-long-term disability insurance Paid time off Employee Resource Groups Recognition and perks     As a Project Manager - Real Estate, you'll get to:   Oversee the planning, management, and execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects.Coordinate resource allocation and delegate tasks to ensure project deliverables are met.Lead solution design, define future-state project goals, and resolve team conflicts as needed.Conduct project reviews, identify lessons learned, and adhere to Vitalant’s quality and change processes.Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and standards, implementing necessary updates to ensure compliance and innovation.Build and maintain professional relationships to support project success and organizational growth.Knowledge/ Education  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.   Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies required.    Knowledge of advanced principles and practices of policy and procedure development required.  Knowledge of advanced methods of research, program analysis and report preparation required. 5. Project and construction management experience required.    Licenses/ Certifications  PMP certification or equivalent preferred.    Experience  Five years of project management experience in Health Care or Real Estate preferred to include Three years of real estate project management experience as well as two years of experience in a lead position.  Experience in professional services preferred.    Skills/ Abilities  Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.   Must be able to maintain confidentiality.  Effective oral and written business communication skills.  Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.  Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem-solving skills.   Must be able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.  Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex business and financial data, and develop innovative solutions.  Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.   Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide consistent high levels of customer service.   Must have proficient computer skills.
