Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, working onsite three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will create comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource estimates, quality requirements, metrics, and organizational change management activities. This position involves partnering with assigned businesses within Marketing to support program and agency management, executing cross-functional marketing projects from planning through delivery. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, problem solver, creative, logical task-master, and a collaborative team member.

ResponsibilitiesCreate comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource estimates, quality requirements, metrics, and organizational change management activities.Ensure completion of all steps required to obtain project funding and resource acquisition approval.Define and document project work breakdowns, monitor task status, update work estimates, and incorporate new tasks into plans as needed.Determine project governance and decision-making structure.Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction.Support program and agency management within Marketing, executing cross-functional marketing projects from planning through delivery.Manage and mentor team members, establish cross-functional and collaborative relationships with business partners.Lead complex program and project efforts to completion, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Essential SkillsProject management experience (5-8 years) in marketing and agency settings.Budgeting experience (5-8 years).Proficiency with Smartsheet (5-8 years).Experience with KPI's, channels, change management, campaign management, and program management.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to define objectives, scope, and resources for projects extending beyond a department or business unit.Experience in managing complex, multiple mid-sized projects.Requirements gathering and analysis skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Microsoft suite and Excel.No specific degree or certifications required, but looking for relevant experience.Agency experience.Product/marketing experience.Corporate experience.Examples of building something from the ground up.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00
