Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Project Manager Network/IT project Manager
o Experience working with Facility/construction projects
o Experience working with different IT organization
o Experience working with telecom vendors
• Excellent verbal/writing communication
• Supporting the Corporate Infrastructure leadership team at program roadmap development
• Project financial management and reporting
• Working in a global environment with colleagues and resources located in multiple geographies
• Build and execute reporting of program status to all levels of the IT organization
Project Responsibilities: As new technology projects are planned this role will need to review the technology function being proposed and collect requirements to determine demands into the overall project planning and scheduling; with emphasis on network connectivity and performance. Common expectations are to present plans and schedules to the project and governance teams and agree how to carry them out.
• Leads Enterprise network site services installation, configuration, maintenance and change management of the core network infrastructure and equipment
• Serves as the point of contact to IT site services and real estate project managers
• Directs/leads flexible staff (i.e. contractors) and vendors as engaged by the project budgets and scopes
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent organizational skills and solid team player
• Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot high level, complex project management challenges
• Able to work with little to no guidance
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication, able to communicate to both technical and non-technical people.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity
