Sr. Project Sales Engineer
The position will be responsible for the projects Sales function for promoting WATTS products in Saudi Arabia projects Market. He/She would be responsible for participating in the developing business & achieving budgets the region, identifying potential customers; managing existing customer relationships and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

1. Responsible for projects Sales of WATTS products. 2. Sales visits, Inquiry generation, Helping in Proposal generation - submissions, Technical approvals of products, Negotiations, Application Support, Trials, Vendor registration, Competition information, Market research, Tracking customers shutdown and Turn Around’s. 3. Manage the Sales of the HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage products & services within geographic area of KSA. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through market research, business tracking, competition monitoring, positive planning, and customer management.
4. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Line management.
5. Manages / enhance relationship within customers and distributors.
6. Review progress of sales and achievement throughout the year.
7. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
8. Provides quarterly/half yearly results assessments of sales activities.
9. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
10. Ensures all sales policies, practices and procedures are followed.
11. Collaborates with Principal & Operations Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
12. Customer programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support.
13. Holds regular meetings with customers, principals
14.Penetrate new markets with existing portfolio.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer (preferable)
MANAGEMENT:
This Position Reporting to Sales Manager Saudi Arabia
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years experience in Sales (projects) in Saudi Arabia
• Be competent in all aspects of Product (approvals) and Sales Management (Bidding, Negotiations, Demand-Supply mapping)
• Inter-personnel and good communication skills
• Networking skills, Time management
•Location in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
•Travel (50% of travel required)
•Language: Arabic & English
