Sr. Proposal Coordinator

Location: Tysons Corner, VA

Clearance: Secret Preferred

 

 

The Sr. Proposal Coordinator will primarily support the task order proposal response efforts of the Indefinite Delivery Vehicle Project Management Office (IDV PMO) and report to the IDV PMO Director. The IDV PMO is responsible for the administration of the company’s order-based vehicles, inclusive of responding to task order requests for proposal, market research requests, and requests for information.

 

The Candidate must be willing to learn and implement best practices with respect to proposal development processes, methodologies and corporate discipline, ensuring that the Company can position itself to win both major programs and smaller, tactical bids on a consistent basis.

 

As needed, the Coordinator will support larger, strategic efforts outside the IDV PMO and support the IDV Director in development of vehicle deliverables and necessary reporting to customers and to Integral Leadership.

 

This position is based at Integral’s Tysons Corner/McLean Headquarters and reports to the IDV PMO Director. The successful candidate will balance a hybrid work schedule that includes telework and four days of in-office work per week.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate all aspects of proposal data management

· Assist with proposal plans including themes, discriminators, extensive outlines, compliance matrices, storyboard layouts, schedules and assignments

· Assist in the translation of RFP requirements into proposal plans

· Organize meetings, prepare materials for and coordinate review teams, and coordinate all event requirements

· Coordinate writer and subject matter expert inputs

· Work closely with BD staff to research and track opportunities.

· Ensure bid strategy implementation

· Ensure compliance

· Perform a variety of administrative tasks: Schedule and organize meetings, travel, and department activities; prepare pipeline reports, memos, charts, tables, graphs; handle confidential and non-routine information.

Qualifications

Required:

 

· A minimum of five years previous experience working in a proposal environment

· Ability to coordinate various sources of data and disseminate this information to proposal teams effectively, both written and orally

· Highly organized and willing to coordinate all proposal data and proposal production efforts to produce high-quality proposal products-graphics, slides and text, and coordinate Blue, Pink, Red, and Gold Team proposal reviews

· Must be a team player in business capture activities, and willing to contribute content to the corporate proposal data archives, which include resumes, program/project summaries, management methodologies, and boilerplate/re-use materials

· Must have well developed organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to create outlines and schedules, manage and coordinate data activities of proposal teams and production staff

· Ability to proofread and perform quality control check of proposals under tight deadlines.

· Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

· Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced team environment

· Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills

 

Preferred:

 

· Graphics creation and/or desktop publishing experience

· Experience with Internet research

· Experience with market intelligence tools, such as GovWin

· Experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management suite

· Experience in responding to task order proposal requests through the following vehicles:

o Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Services (ITES-3S)o Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)o Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 contract (CIO-SP3)o SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG)o GSA Multiple Award Scheduleo GSA One Acquisition for Integrated Services (OASIS)

· Bachelor’s degree in English or related discipline

· Possess or possess the ability to obtain Secret level clearance
