The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.

We are seeking a Sr. Public-Private Talent Exchange Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.  The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

Advises on Public Private Talent Exchanges

Coordinates with Private industry and IC Agencies

Develops policies to support PPTE

Provides Issue Papers

Tracks progress on the initiative

Coordinates and participates in IC meetings

Develops courses of action and recommendations

Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEI), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, Industry, NARSIL Task 7, and PM, DEIA Lead, Advocacy Lead

Processes/Activities:  Workforce initiative development and tracking, Policy development, Training

Tools: MS Office

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience

TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required up front

Pay Range:Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
