**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our analytics team. The candidate will be managing QA processes for client reporting and internal program analytics for all care management products under the CVS Health Spire umbrella.
What you will do :
+ Test reports within reporting & analytics data layer for different products.
+ Work independently and collaboratively with developers and subject matter experts to test backend and front-end reports and tableau dashboards.
+ Support Billing, financial and client data management system – handling reporting, and associated processes related to billing generation, conducting complex quality/ audit management, procedural documentation and /or special analysis/ development for the project.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience working within Quality Assurance.
+ 5+ years of experience with software testing techniques & technologies including Smoke/unit/regression, Integration Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), Automated testing.
+ Financial billing experience.
+ 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Access & VBA (Macros).
+ Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time related constraints in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Oracle SQL experience
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as communication, time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
+ Must be comfortable working with remote teams and senior members of business units and product owners.
+ Prior experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior team members is a plus.
+ In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data privacy concerns is highly desirable.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively drive projects to completion.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
