Job Description A client in the mortgage industry is seeking a Sr. QA Automation Architect to join their Quality Assurance organization. This individual will lead the execution and development of test automation strategy through tool evaluation, test framework design, continuous integration, and mentorship of the QA teams. This role requires a seasoned QA architect with a grasp of multiple testing and automation tools and strong ability to work cross-functionally on enterprise IT strategy. Day-to-Day Functions  Develop internal test automation strategy in alignment with IT objectives.  Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, considering scripting languages, reporting tools, and standardization.  Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and solutions into the QA architecture.  Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.  Mentor other QA engineers and architects as needed, lead by example.  Collaborate closely with development, product, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and alignment.  Track and analyze testing metrics to report on effectiveness and areas for improvement in the test automation architecture. Skills and Requirements 15+ years experience in QA, engineering, and automation.  Ability to code in 2+ standard coding languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)  Experience implementing QA Automation solutions and software in enterprise environments.  Experience building QA Automation solutions from scratch.  Experience in a senior strategic role at an enterprise organization.  Experience participating in vendor and tool evaluations for QA architecture.
