With a thorough understanding of testing methodologies and strong coding skills this position works to improve existing procedures and processes within our system and collaborates with team members to build new quality tests, and verifications. Qualified candidate must have experience establishing and testing parameters, managing test plans, debugging applications and being an amazing Software Quality Engineer!

Collaborate on architectural designs, project plans and retrospectives with peers, Tech Leads and Application ArchitectsMentor others and lead trainings for global application delivery teamsPlan and implement tasks independentlyReview requirements, specifications and technical design documents and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesCreate, execute and maintain project test plans to ensure projects meet all requirements and quality standardsInvestigate and fix failing automated testsEnd-to-end regression testing of the application stack and ancillary APIsSystem defect documentation and trackingAdd and maintain regression and project test casesUpdate and maintain QA documentation and knowledge baseTriage customer issues as requireWork closely with the development manager to meet assigned goalsEmploy effective communication across global organizationParticipate in company and technical trainings
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: TX, FL, UT, ID5+ years of QA Software Engineering experience supporting agile SDLCExperience in executing and maintaining automated tests and environmentsExperience in using common testing design patterns and practicesExperience with defect tracking systems and proceduresQA Experience for SitecoreExperience testing and using applications built on the .NET frameworkExperience in using an object oriented programming language such as C# or JavaDemonstrate best practices in full life cycle of software testing activitiesEffective communication skillsHigh standard of quality and focus on customer satisfaction
