Sr. QA Engineer II (Automation Testing is required skill***)

As Nuvolo’s **Sr.** **Quality Assurance Engineer II** , you will be responsible for executing functional and regression test cases within specified test environments with a high degree of accuracy. **As a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer, your role will include:** + Responsible for automation executions throughout the different releases and products. + Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. + Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. + Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate automation testing activities of the product. + Design, develop and execute automation scripts using the tools at hand. + Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. + Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. + Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs. + Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. + Monitor debugging process results. + Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. + Manages 1 or multiple Product's QA efforts and relationship between the different Products(Deeper subject knowledge and considerable contributions to the releases) + Develops and executes detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization + Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality. + Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing) + Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization + Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes + Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines + Mentors and strategizes training assistance to Associate QA Engineers + Test documentation review and organizing and maintenance of the test documentation based on the current version of cases(test cases and cycles) + Works with the team to design the scenarios for the complex cases. **This role could be a fit for you if you bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, mathematics or a related area. + 6-8 years experience in software development life cycle and software testing experience. Agile/Scrum is a plus. + 3+ years of experience with Mobile Testing using real devices and simulator. + Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes with the ability to analyze and elaborate on requirements. + Good understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, Java, XML, HTTP protocol, browser debugging tools, and testing RESTful microservices with Postman. + Must have a deep understanding of how to design and implement a testing automation framework, having led or participated in the migration from manual to automated testing. + Experienced in using various bug tracking, source control, and build release tools, like JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, BitBucket etc. + 6+ years of experience in Test automation development experience using Selenium and Java or related coding languages to create scripts for both functional and GUI. Cucumber experience is a plus. + Self-starter with a willingness and ability to fully own functional areas under test with minimal supervision. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to maintain excellent process/testing/build release documentation and reports. + Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new technology or techniques. + Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel. + Experienced in coordinating with third-party testing tools. **Bonus points for:** + Experience with JavaScript is a plus + 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow is preferred **Key Competencies:** + Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills + Successful sales focused experience + Ability to self motivate and meet sales targets + Excellent relationship building skills and desire to network + Act with integrity + Embrace teamwork + Take care of each other **We offer:** + A fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong team culture + Supportive leadership team who invests in your professional development and success **Who are we?** Nuvolo is the global leader in modern, cloud-based Connected Workplace solutions.
