JR70185 Sr. Quality Lead- Part QualityAs a lead, you will work with the local site and global stakeholders (Process and Equipment Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer etc) to drive for good incoming material quality. You will support incoming quality systems by providing key metrics, support quality systems strategic direction, participate in quality activities and interacting on continuous improvement projects. Additional responsibilities include serving as the site quality liaison for partner groups and manufacturing areas, providing support for quality documentation, and developing relationships to collaboratively generate new ideas and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods.
Responsibilities
• Drive quality consistency for all incoming materials
• Continuously improve the IQC business processes
• Setup and maintain SAP QM (Quality Management) for incoming materials
• Perform incoming material inspection and characterize key incoming materials
• Setup SPC monitoring program and reaction mechanism
• Manage materials disposition through incoming material MRB (iMRB)
• Support First Article Inspection activities for new materials.
• Work with global stakeholders on supplier quality management
• Ability to work with external and internal groups with a positive, customer service orientated attitude.
• Participate in on-site supplier audit as need
Requirements
• Masters or Bachelor’s Degree on Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science or Related field of study with minimum 3 year experience.
• Strong engineering background, familiar with tools like SPC, FMEA, 8D…etc.
• Excellent analytical and data gathering skills
• Experience of backend manufacturing in assembly and module/SSD process.
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting problems and addressing root causes
• Proactive in regard to addressing concerns that may be potential problems
• Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects and driving them to completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships; work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess good communication skills and ability to work with people from diverse technical backgrounds
• Knowledge of Quality and Reliability in area of Semiconductor will be advantageous
