Able to assess the linkages between work orders and product realization team goals and deliverables.Serves as advisor/mentor in areas of laboratory process, analysis, and reporting expertise to less experienced.Conducts research and development experiments to resolve complex problems involving highly technical and scientific methods.Supports Product Realization Teams to resolve moderate to complex design, development, production, and acceptance issues.Ability to work without supervision, with latitude for independent action and decision making.

Applies mathematical, scientific, and advanced engineering technologies in accomplishing objectives. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments. Recognized authority within area of expertise with wide versatility of experience and capability.
