Responsibilities:

Build web screens to capture/update/analyze complex electrophysiological data Incorporate raw data import feature Blend manually entered and imported raw data Build complex analysis features to process data through computations Interactive and iterative options to review computation results, perform QC, fix issues, and recompute Generate graphs/tables and other visualizations Leverage SQL Server to store data Builds software compliant with corporate IT standards (follows language-based best practices, submits code for peer reviews, follows change management process) 

Skills:

Advanced experience with R programming and building complex, modular, interactive applications in the R/Shiny framework Web development - UI & UX experience JavaScript frameworks React-Redux (strongly preferred) or Angular JQuery, JSON, AJAX, HTML5 & CSS3 SQL Server database Ability to create complex online charts, graphs and dashboards (data visualizations in R) Azure DevOps (Git/TFS), or Atlassian stack Experience with web API services (JSON, REST)

Experience:

Software development life cycle BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field Experience working with science teams, scientific data and data visualizations
