Sr. Recruiter
Description We are bringing onboard a Sr. Recruiter, based in BIRMINGHAM, Alabama. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be pivotal in sourcing and recruiting candidates, utilizing a range of strategies and tools. Your role will include processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries, while also monitoring accounts and taking necessary action. Responsibilities: • Utilize Applicant Track System for efficient handling of recruitment processes • Engage in cold calling techniques to source potential candidates • Leverage Workday for managing recruitment and HR functions • Handle corporate and executive recruiting tasks • Oversee candidate selection process, ensuring the best fit for the role • Use LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates • Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone • Screen applicants and resumes effectively to shortlist suitable candidates • Carry out phone screens and prescreening activities to assess candidate suitability • Execute recruitment - sourcing and recruitment advertising strategies • Handle recruitment in high volume environments, managing multiple roles simultaneously • Use innovative thinking for sourcing candidates, not limited to traditional methods. Requirements • Proficiency in using Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes • 4+ years experience • Skilled in using Workday for HR management • Expertise in Corporate Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing • Experience in Executive Recruiting, with the ability to identify and attract top-level talent • Proficient in Candidate Selection, ensuring the best fit for the role and company culture • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates • Ability to Conduct Interviews professionally and thoroughly • Skilled in Applicant Screening, determining suitability for the role • Experience in conducting Phone Screens as a preliminary assessment of candidates • Proficiency in Prescreening to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications • Expertise in Resume Screening, identifying key skills and qualifications • Ability to Screen Candidates effectively, evaluating their fit for the role and company • Experience in Recruitment - Sourcing, using various platforms to find potential candidates • Proficient in Recruitment Advertising, promoting vacancies to attract quality candidates • Experience in Recruitment - High Volume, managing multiple recruitments simultaneously Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
