About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter – Sales, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to support Natera’s high-growth commercial teams, including Oncology, Women’s Health, and Organ Health. You will be a strategic partner to our sales leadership, executing proactive sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and managing full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of sales roles.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, AI tools, and direct sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber sales candidates. Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals, hiring needs, and market dynamics. Candidate Assessment: Identify top sales talent by evaluating track records, quota attainment, and sales methodologies to ensure alignment with Natera’s sales culture and goals. Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to track metrics, provide hiring insights, and continuously improve the recruitment process. Recruiting Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline hiring, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate quality. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects Natera’s culture and commitment to excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or medical device industries. Proven success in hiring high-performing sales professionals—experience recruiting field-based reps, regional sales managers, and sales leadership is a plus. Deep understanding of sales roles, sales cycles, and competitive landscapes to identify and attract top talent. Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with multiple open requisitions and competing priorities. Strong proficiency in Greenhouse (or other ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage and influence top talent. Ability to analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights to sales leadership. Passion for scaling a best-in-class commercial recruiting function in a rapidly growing organization.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$60—$70 USD
