We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to be part of the team which oversee our company’s FCC (Federal Communications Commission) spectrum licenses and regulatory compliance matters. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring T-Mobile meets all regulatory requirements, maintains compliance with applicable laws, and effectively manages FCC licensing and registration activities across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FCC regulations, licensing processes, and a proven track record in navigating complex regulatory environments within the telecommunications industry.
What you’ll do in your role.
Oversee and manage the company’s FCC licensing portfolio, most especially the company’s spectrum assets, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings for new licenses, renewals, modifications, and amendments.Support key stakeholders to obtain regulatory approvals and make necessary filings as a result of various spectrum transactionsWork closely with internal and outside counsel, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all phases of licensing and operational processes.Prepare and file necessary documentation with the FCC, including applications for new licenses, renewals, and other regulatory filings.Monitor changes in FCC rules, regulations, and policies, ensuring T-Mobile remains in compliance with all applicable federal laws.With counsel, serve as a SME on FCC regulations, providing guidance to internal teams on the implications of regulatory changes and spectrum transactions, helping to shape strategies that minimize risk, preserve spectrum assets and support business objectives.Maintain internal accurate regulatory records to substantiate and demonstrate T-Mobile’s adherence to regulatory compliance.Develop and enhance internal software tools to streamline and improve compliance processes and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that necessary information is available for regulatory filings and compliance audits.Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of compliance metrics and status updates to senior management.Assist with external audits and regulatory investigations, ensuring that all required records and documentation are readily available.The experience you’ll bring.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience:7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a specific focus on FCC licensing, communications law, or regulatory affairs within the telecommunications or broadcasting industries.Proven track record of managing complex FCC licensing applications and regulatory compliance projects.In-depth knowledge of FCC regulations, processes, and requirements, including experience with filings, renewals, and enforcement actions.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and the ability to interpret and apply complex rules and regulations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex regulatory matters to non-experts.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in compliance management software, Universal Licensing System, and MS Office Suite.Certifications (Optional):PMP is a plus.Why Join Us?

Base Pay Range: $81,400 - $146,800Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
