A **Sr. Repair Operator** is responsible for performing and leading others with complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems. **Work You'll Do:** + Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return. + Sets up necessary repair and test facilities. + Job duties are primarily straightforward, repetitive, and manual activities; may collaborate on more complicated tasks. + Works within established standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Basic Qualifications:** + 5 years maintenance background experience including mechanical, electrical, schematics, and blueprints + 1-2 years lead experience + 1+ years of welding experience + Requires skills developed through formal training or work experience. + Must be able to follow instructions + Have good organization skills + Valid driver's license for local travel only **Preferred Qualifications:** + Tool/mold making experience + Machining + Disassembly and reassembly of hot runner equipment ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
