Sr. Reporting Analyst
Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to oversee the month-end close process, lead SEC filings, and coordinate with external auditors. This role involves providing technical accounting guidance, maintaining effective internal controls, and ensuring SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will partner with various departments to align financial results and plans, advise on deal structures, and drive operational improvements.

ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Lead SEC filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q) and quarterly earnings releases.Provide technical accounting guidance in line with company policies and US GAAP.Coordinate with external auditors for reviews and audits.Maintain effective internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other leaders to align financial results and plans.Advise on accounting impacts of deal structures, including acquisitions.Drive operational improvements and process simplification.Collaborate on enhancing internal reporting and upgrading financial systems.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field.5+ years of SEC audit or reporting experience.CPA or eligible to sit.Experience in financial statement preparation, especially cash flow statement.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing industry experience.Experience managing others.M&A evaluation experience.MBA.Work Environment

This role operates in a corporate office environment with an immaculate facility. The executive leadership team, corporate functions, and product development all happen at this location. There is an option to work from home one day per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00
