The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Reporting Manager. (Home-based work available) 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, distributing, and documenting dashboards and reports including maintaining data integrity, accuracy and relevance for decision making. Responsible for management of volunteer/customer data comprised of Association professional members, scientific committee members, journal subscribers and meeting attendees.

Responsibilities

 

Leads business processes and data management activities for Professional Membership and Science team including developing and executing standard operationg procedures, data accuracy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database requirements and updates, contract compliance and customer service.Develop, maintain, and distribute requested data queries and reports. Analyze and modify queries to provide requested data and decision-making reports. Use knowledge of database to identify and develop effective reports to respond to requests.Identifies process improvement and automated solutions for CRM/Account Management activities. Collaborates with Business Technology to design, develop, test and implement CRM system requirements. Leads activities to reduce manual and duplicative tasks, track progress towards goals, and maximize efficiency and resources. Develops and implements enhancements to external customer experience with product and sales support through analysis of workflow and identification of ways to streamline operational practices.Acts as liaison to Business Technology and OSO staff to ensure data and business operations align with departmental policies and procedures. Update and maintain user guidelines, operating procedures, training guides and train the trainer documentation. May schedule and lead periodic user meetings to communicate changes in system requirements and usage.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Certification in database applications,  or related areaFive (5) years of experience in business or sales support administration including Customer Relationship Management technologyFive (5) years of the following experience: Experience with database administration or system requirements for data management from design through testing and updatesComprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel and Access, Visio, PPTComprehensive skills in analytics and reporting through database queries including SQLComprehensive project management skills with some application development or testing backgroud

Preferred Qualifications:

Five (5) years of the following experience:Knowledge of medical terminology and/or data related to CVD .Experience in working with virtual teams dependent on a CRM and analyticsSupervisory experience – managing direct reportsRelationship management, troubleshooting, and tech support Compensation & Benefits
