Sr. Reporting & Predictive Analyst

Job title: Senior Reporting & Predictive Analyst

Reports to: Sr. Manager People Analytics

The Senior Reporting & Predictive Analyst is responsible for orchestrating collaborative efforts across the enterprise internally and externally to design the desired workforce experience, and drive productivity, engagement, business outcomes & a positive employer brand. S/he will work across HR to design and implement end-to-end HR solutions (Core focus: ServiceNow and HR Service Delivery), working closely across CoEs, Business HR, and HR Shared Services (HRSS).

Core Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Sr. Manager, People Analytics to prioritize and execute on all workforce reporting projects to support enterprise-wide People decisions

· Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights on HR metrics and key performance indicators

· Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives and programs (e.g., predicting turnover).

· Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management and stakeholders

· Collaborate with Shared Services team to establish ongoing reporting needs and formats, as well as formalize governance structure to ensure a single source of truth for workforce data and metrics

· Tackle complex talent issues through a data-driven lends, building visualizations to enable self-serve analytics

· Continuously iterate process to adapt to evolving needs, constraints, and opportunities

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in a quantitative field, e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.

· 3+ years experience in HR and/or were part of a global HR team supporting multiple geographies and business groups

· Successfully led end-to-end workforce reporting dashboards and can speak to actions taken and pitfalls to avoid

· Familiarity with various Workday implementation methods and a solid understanding of their trade-offs in order to inform what data to use, when, and why

· Skilled communicator and able to comfortable switch between in-depth data discussions to high-level business presentations

· Passion for people data and a knack for connecting dots and telling stories with numbers

· No ego – proven track record of working collaboratively to achieve collective goals

· Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, dexterity in switching between programs, and enthusiasm for learning new skills as needed

Desirable requirements:

· Workday HCM process and data architecture knowledge

· Workday HCM solution design (functional) and implementation experience
