Sr. Sales Analyst

Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Senior Sales Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing actionable insights to optimize business strategies. Your main responsibility will be to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend effective sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to track key objectives and set performance targets. Additionally, you will provide support for sales objectives by identifying opportunities for sales growth.

This role is a Hybrid role with Monday's/Friday's being remote and Tuesday-Thursday out of our Bentonville, AR office.

A Day in the Life...

Update and Review daily/monthly reports to identify opportunities around driving the business forward through 4 P analysis. Identify and communicate trends to appropriate individuals with recommendations.Develop process to track, communicate and improve promotional efficiencies and effectiveness (i.e. Post Promo Analysis), new item tracking, and potentially Account Specific P&L’s.Provide weekly sales, pricing for team and other ad-hoc reports as needed.Utilize appropriate tools to assist in the tracking of key sales objectives (merchandising, assortment, profit and shelving) along with internal forecasting.Provide analytical support utilizing consumption data to identify trends and business opportunities across brands and customers.Exercise considerable latitude in determining work objectives and solve problems more independently.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree3-5yrs of relevant experience in industryWalmart supplier experience preferredRequires solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong computer and systems skills (Access, Excel, PPT and preferably Power BI/Tableau)Proficient in syndicated database (IRI or Nielsen), Retail Link, and data management system (Shiloh,TR3)Additionally experience preferred in Sam’s club Madrid and Walmart Luminate
 

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience
