The Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Specialist to join our Business Intelligence team within our high-growth B2B organization, supporting sales and customer-facing teams across North America, Australia, Europe, and Northern Africa. This team focuses on managing commission processes, setting sales goals, and tracking key business metrics. As a Senior Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our customer-facing teams, providing timely analytics and business insights that drive performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll support strategic projects and drive operational excellence across regions through cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize Salesforce and data analytics to develop and refine dashboards that support leadership in making revenue- and efficiency-focused decisions. Sales Insights & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of sales operations to interpret metrics at each stage of the sales funnel effectively. Actionable Recommendations: Craft data narratives, providing actionable insights for senior leadership to inform key decisions and strategies. Commission & Payroll Support: Collaborate with sales leadership, payroll, and HR to streamline commission reporting for global sales locations. Pipeline & Portfolio Analysis: Conduct analyses of pipeline health, customer portfolio value, team efficiency, and other critical metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to VCS leadership. Organizational Performance: Support enhancements in sales and service processes, such as incentive plans and team structures, to drive team performance. Forecasting & Targeting: Assist in defining annual, semi-annual, and monthly revenue forecasts, sales objectives, and rep-level targets. Dashboard & Reporting Development: Design and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring visibility into performance and actionable insights for global teams. Process Documentation: Create and manage documentation for policies, sales processes, and requirements to support team alignment and transparency. Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and workflow efficiency, enabling quicker access to key data for leadership.

 

Your Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, or business intelligence in a complex B2B or e-commerce setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Analytics tools, and Excel  Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail or e-commerce operations, enabling you to derive actionable insights from complex data. Problem Solving & Innovation: Passionate about problem-solving and innovation, with a proactive “get it done” attitude. Collaborative Communication: Excellent collaboration, partnership, and presentation skills. Data Storytelling: Ability to convey data insights to a non-technical audience, transforming data into intuitive, actionable insights. Language Proficiency: High level of English proficiency for clear communication across teams.

 

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with additional CRM and analytics tools. Proficiency in looker and familiarity with google Analytics is a plus.
