Responsibilities Location Yokohama, KanagawaJP Job ID REQ-054148 Responsible for sales revenue growth of our analytical solutions equipment.Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.Lead the preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposal.Manage and respond to customer opportunities, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and value proposition and the ability to effectively articulate these internally and to prospects and customers.Collect market information/data (competition, pricing, new products, technologies, trends, etc.)Make sales presentations to customers; Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis, research of customer requirements.Responsible for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Collaborate with Service in supporting and meet customers’ requirements.
