Gigamon has been awarded over 90 technology patents and enjoys world-class customer satisfaction with over 4,000 organizations, including over 80 percent of the Fortune 100 and hundreds of governments and educational organizations worldwide. Gigamon is seeking a Senior Manager to be an application and technology leader in the Biz Apps domain, bringing deep, hands-on experience in ‘Lead to Cash Process Excellence’, Sales Technology Solutions, and helping us drive scalable growth. You will join a lean yet highly productive team that strives for cross-functional excellence in our core Biz Apps systems and processes to support our corporate initiatives and achieve operational efficiency. You will be a pivotal player in driving process excellence in the organization and Lead-to-Cash best practices. Roles and Responsibilities:Drive solutions around Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ best practices. Partner with business stakeholders to understand drivers for change, develop requirements, and communicate progress and final products.Align stakeholders on and execute the CRM technology and tools roadmap.Serve as a key partner and Salesforce implementation expert for the Operations team.Collaborate with external Salesforce implementation teams by delivering requirements, conducting UAT, and rolling out new technology and enhancements.Be the expert on Gigamon’s GTM process, Salesforce customization, other Sales tools, and the intersection between them.Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting best practices and reporting templates.Coordinate prioritizing and delivering Salesforce implementations for marketing, sales, and services organizations.Partner with the Operations team to support end-user training and communications. Skills and Qualifications:8-10 years of experience in the Salesforce CRM domain supporting Sales, Subscription Renewals, Community, and/or Revenue Operations.Must have hands-on experience and be skilled and knowledgeable in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and CPQ functional design and best practices. Sales Cloud/Salesforce CPQ Administrator Certification preferred.Experience and track record of successfully identifying and eliminating root cause issues and implementing future-proofing solutions backed by thorough analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and articulate business needs and translate them into compelling solutions.Experience in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders to make sound business decisions. Comfortable voicing opinions and observations to provide thought leadership to key stakeholders.Big picture approach in solutions and attention to detail in execution.Excellent project management skills. Ability to drive for progress and results.Self-motivator with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.Appreciates the finer points of understanding, designing, and operating through the lens of interconnected systems while valuing end-user simplicity.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for Salesforce development.Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques, including Data Loader and ETL processes.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes for Salesforce, such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with other systems.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.The base salary compensation range being targeted for this role based out of Gigamon’s Santa Clara, CA Headquarters office is $156,000 - $195,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.#LI-LN1
