Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst to play a key role in optimizing the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and advancing data management strategies to elevate marketing outcomes. This position will act as the subject matter expert, championing the integration and utilization of Salesforce tools to support marketing campaigns, customer journey mapping, and measurable ROI analysis.
The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging Salesforce capabilities, managing seamless data flows, and developing automation and analytics frameworks. This role will work in close partnership with centralized Salesforce teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to enable strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the optimization and administration of the Salesforce platform, including automation, lead management, personalization, integrations, and email marketing activities.
+ Oversee advanced data management, ensuring data cleanliness, dynamic segmentation, data enrichment, and compliance with regulations.
+ Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to assess the impact of various marketing channels, create performance dashboards, analyze campaign insights, and map and track customer journeys.
+ Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices, including automation workflows, effective data usage, and campaign execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
+ Partner with centralized Salesforce teams to evaluate and implement AI-enabled features such as predictive analytics and intelligent lead scoring to enhance marketing accuracy and success.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), with demonstrated expertise in automation, analytics, and integrations.
+ Strong skills in lead management, dynamic segmentation, and multi-channel marketing automation.
+ Advanced understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Salesforce platforms.
+ Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics, with experience integrating these platforms into Salesforce workflows.
+ Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, personalization strategies, and performance optimization.
+ Creative problem solver with strategic and analytical skills, capable of uncovering actionable insights and optimizing marketing strategies.
+ Detail-oriented, flexible, and responsive, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong time management, communication, and project management skills.
