Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect
CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect position for our client in Secaucus, NJ. Location: Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid remote) Duration: 12 months Duties: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Provide technical leadership for large-scale Salesforce implementations, including Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniScript, and Data Cloud. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Design and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for Salesforce development. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI, GxP, and CSV. Optimize Salesforce Health Cloud configurations to support patient journeys, claims processing, and provider networks. Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and guide architectural decisions. Skills: Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including declarative and programmatic capabilities. Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models and implementation best practices. Experience implementing HIPAA-compliant solutions within Salesforce. Deep understanding of provider networks, claims processing, and patient journey workflows. Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce solutions and technical architecture. Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations. At least 3+ years of experience in the Pharmacy or Life Sciences industry. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PHI, GxP, and CSV. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certifications: Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, OmniScript, Data Cloud, Architect.
