As the Scrum Master, you will help foster an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery. You will be a key player in guiding the team through the Scrum process, removing obstacles, and empowering individuals to take ownership of their work. You will act as both a coach and advocate for the team, helping them continuously grow and deliver value while keeping the organization aligned with Scrum best practices.What you’ll get to doGuide and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.Coach the team in Scrum principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.Provide support to the Product Owner with backlog refinement, ensuring that goals, priorities, and deliverables are clear and aligned.Serve as the bridge between the Product Owner and the team, ensuring that communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and the backlog is properly refined and prioritized.Help the Product Owner clarify the deliverables for each sprint and coach them in effective backlog management and communication with the team.Ensure the team has the right tools and techniques to track progress, including Jira/Workfront, sprint backlogs, and burndown charts.Ensure the team stays focused on the sprint goal and the overall product goal, managing distractions and helping prioritize the highest-value work.Protect the team from unnecessary disruptions and external pressures, and help them maintain a sustainable pace of work.Proactively identify and address impediments that are slowing down the team's progress. Where possible, empower the team to resolve their own challenges.
