GDIT has an opportunity for a dynamic and talented candidate to join our team supporting the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) Case Management Systems Office (CMSO) in its modernization effort for one of its mission-critical applications that is used by all U.S. district and appellate courts’ staff members and external stakeholders. CMSO has a mature agile practice using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and supports a broad range of complex business systems which are instrumental to the AOUSC mission.
The Sr. Scrum Master will execute the following responsibilities:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree plus at least five (5+) years of experience in Agile development environment.Experience with using and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Ability to manage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that often requires multitasking.Experience with software development or working in software development organization.Ability to create, sustain, and enhance fostering of team dynamics and collaboration.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP).Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).Effective influence, collaboration, and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify win-win solutions.Effective facilitation skills.Effective coaching and mentoring skills.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Energetic, goal oriented, detailed oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient.The likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
