We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on - 22 Apr 2025 Position Description: Sr. Scrum Master - Medical Device Software Development & Compliance for Medtronic, Inc. located in Mounds View, MN. Responsible for the development, verification, and validation of Medtronic’s various medical device software products and with a stringent focus on technical excellence, compliance, and agile coordination, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, FDA-compliant software products. Navigate document needed for design controls and audits in the medical device industry. Utilize collaborative and analytical tools, including Azure DevOps, Power BI, Jira, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Confluence, MAP Agile, ServiceNow and Remedy to streamline project workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making. Responsible for development and verification tasks within regulated settings leveraging technologies to include ASP.Net/.NET6, C#, Node.js, Angular, and Typescript. Ensure software meets quality and compliance standards through test and behavior-driven development and automated testing using Selenium, JMeter and LoadRunner. Coordinate projects employing Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts, with ServiceNow and Remedy for project oversight. Leverage Design Qualification (DQ), Implementation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) standards. Implementation and continuous monitoring of key compliance-focused tools and processes, including Dynatrace and the ELK stack, to ensure performance aligns with industry regulatory standards. Responsible for code quality and compliance through SpecFlow, Jest, Cypress, and Test-Driven Development. Leverage knowledge from formal Scrum Master training to include being a Certified Scrum Master. Position permits a hybrid work schedule and is required to be onsite 3 days/week. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Economics, and four (4) years of experience as a Scrum Master or related occupation in Agile & Scrum. *Equivalent: Employer will accept a Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Economics in lieu of bachelor’s degree. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience with each of the following: Design controls and audits in the medical device industry; Azure DevOps, Power BI, Jira, TFS, Confluence, and MAP Agile or equivalent; ASP.Net/.NET6, C#, Node.js, Angular, and Typescript; test and behavior-driven development and automated testing using Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner; Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts; ServiceNow and Remedy; DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ; Dynatrace and ELK stack; and code quality and compliance through SpecFlow, Jest, Cypress. The following Certification is required: Certified Scrum Master. Position permits a hybrid work schedule and is required to be onsite 3 days/week. Relocation assistance is not available.
