Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to company policies by directing the activities of the General and Cost Accounting personnel daily. • Keep plant controlling teams informed and trained on controlling procedures, policies, and tools. • Deliver timely analysis, data, and information to senior management for strategic decision-making. • Contribute to the creation, analysis, and implementation of plans, forecasts, and projections, and maintain a system to monitor these plans. • Conduct special assignments within the accounting area and work independently. • Manage the timely submission of reports and other data as required by group and corporate personnel and coordinate the activities of internal and external audit staffs. • Oversee the maintenance of adequate internal accounting controls, including cash, payrolls, accounts payable inventory. • Participate in the planning, training, taking, and auditing of physical inventories, and analyze the final results. • Maintain the Capital Asset System, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data. • Uphold all work activities in accordance with established safety and environmental standards. • Ensure full compliance with Company policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with business conduct guidelines, including ASATS and SOX compliance. • Standardize controlling processes within the Industrial group for consistency. • Alert and arbitrate in case of discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations. • Participate in the development of action plans, and ensure their financial evaluation and follow up. • Showcase knowledge of and commitment to business systems manufacturing principles and techniques. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience in a related role • Demonstrated proficiency in business systems • Strong knowledge of data mining techniques • Expertise in accounting functions, including auditing and budget processes • Experience in capital management • Familiarity with standard cost accounting • Proven experience in pricing analysis • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
