Sr. Semiconductor Photo Engineer

As a Semiconductor Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Silicon\nBased Sensor products through effective semiconductor process engineering\npractices. You will lead and coordinate the photo lithography process\nactivities for silicon wafer production, working closely with cross-functional\nteams to define requirements and specifications.

Your expertise in photolithography methodologies and\ntools will be instrumental in developing and executing and maintaining our\nmanufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Wafer Fab Engineering\nManager, and you will work out of our Richardson, TX location on a flexible\nwork schedule.

By analyzing process controls and experimental results, you\nwill provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements,\ncontributing to the overall enhancement of our solutions. Your technical\nguidance and support will empower the manufacturing team to excel in their\nroles and deliver high-quality results. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•  Lead, develop and sustain the photolithography activities\nfor Silicon MEMS based sensor products 
•  Develop and execute Design of Experiments to\nimprove process yields 
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define\nnew processes, specifications and equipment 
•  Define and analyze Statistical Process\nControls and provide recommendations for product improvements 
•  Provide technical guidance and support to\nmanufacturing engineers and production operators.



U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and\nregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.\ncitizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under\nasylum or refugee status.


MUST HAVE:  

•  7+ years of experience in developing and supporting photolithography processes\n(Steppers, Aligners, Coaters, Developers)
•  Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or\nsimilar  
•  5 years’ experience working in Production\nManufacturing
•  2 years’ experience in process recipe development\nfor photolithography tools.
