Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair gas analyzers within semiconductor and petrochemical environments.Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.Conduct regular maintenance to prevent equipment downtime and determine necessary upgrades.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to successfully implement solutions that meet customer needs.Document all service activities strictly following company protocols and industry standards.Deliver training to customers on accurate equipment use and maintenance.

Requirements

Proven experience in field service engineering, particularly within the semiconductor and petrochemical industries.Strong knowledge of gas analyzers, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused approach.Willingness to travel frequently to various customer sites.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
