Sr. Service Offering Manager, Paid Service Offering

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

We are looking for a Sr. Service Offering Manager who has extensive knowledge of service design and the ability to provide innovative ideas for solutions that will help support the needs of Sellers. As a senior consulting specialist, you will understand the needs of Sellers, find out how Sellers are using our consulting services and identify ways to improve current services or opportunities for a new service or product.
The qualified candidate should be a self-driven individual with excellent analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills, preferably with knowledge of cross-border e-commerce domains, and the ability to aggregate and translate domain expertise into consulting solutions that are easy to understand and implement. Above all, you will have a passion for learning and desire to solve tough business problems.


Key job responsibilities
1. Monitor launched service offering pool on on voice of Sellers, new requirements and lead roadmap planning process
2. Work closely with BD, AM and product stakeholders to dive deep key service gaps
3. Organize service roadshow and sharing with senior leadership in China, Europe, Japan and US
4. Review key metrics with senior leadership to show impact, effectiveness or improvement opportunities
