Job Description

DUTIES:                                  

•           Work with business analysts and users to understand their business processes and requirements, and convert them into technical design.

•           Design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform.

•           Develop and enhance custom objects, Visual Force pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, S-Controls, and JavaScript.

•           Perform administration tasks in the Salesforce.com instance.

•           Manage fields, relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

•           Prepare project documentation including technical specifications and unit test scripts.

•           Perform unit testing and fix defects.

•           Support the user acceptance test activities.

TRAVEL: Can work remotely or telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS:                    

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field of study, plus 6 years of Salesforce.com development or related experience. Alternative  Education  and  Experience  Requirement:    Master’s  degree  in  Computer  Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field of study, plus 4 years of Salesforce.com development or related experience.

                                               

Required knowledge or experience with:

•           SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management;
•           Salesforce.com development and administration;
•           SFDC architectural concepts;
•           Javascript;
•           S-Controls;
•           Apex Web services;
•           Visual Force pages;
•           APEX classes and triggers;
•           Apex batch processes; and

•           Lightning.
